Banking Sector Rehabilitation and Financial Stability Strengthening Program with ADB

KAMCO has successfully completed Asian Development Bank’s (ADB, https://www.adb.org/projects/51054-001/main) ‘Banking Sector Rehabilitation and Financial Stability Strengthening Program’ TA project for the Mongolian government in June, 2020. Through the 33 months of in-depth consultation including international seminars and workshops, KAMCO sought to contribute to Mongolia’s efficient NPA resolution and prompt economic recovery by sharing its knowledge in NPL resolution and building the foundation for establishment of a public asset management company. The ADB TA project was KAMCO’s first large scale consultation project with an international organization, through which KAMCO was proven of its ability to cooperate with international organizations to deliver comprehensive yet practical solutions tailored to the recipient country’s needs.

Strengthening of Regional Public Asset Management in Latin America with IDB

Starting from August 2020, KAMCO is conducting another consultation project, ‘Strengthening of Regional Public Asset Management in Latin America,’ with Inter-American Development Bank(IDB). The project aims to improve the governance of public asset management in the Latin American region and thereby increase the local government fiscal incomes. KAMCO, with its advanced and strong expertise in the area, expects to contribute to enhancing the public asset management capacity of Latin American countries by sharing its knowledge and experiences in developing and operating IT systems for public asset management and online public asset disposition(OnBid).

KAMCO will not only keep developing its international consultation capacity but also continuously and actively participate in other international organization’s consultation projects, utilizing its expertise in NPL resolution, financial and corporate restructuring, public property development/management, and household debt-restructuring.
