On November 4–5, KAMCO and the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC) jointly hosted a training program in Seoul for the Mongolia Asset Management Corporation (MAMCO) and the Mongolia Deposit Insurance Corporation (DICoM). The delegation, led by MAMCO CEO Mr. Enkhtur, learned about Korea’s experience in non-performing loan (NPL) resolution, online asset disposal systems, and the restructuring of distressed financial institutions. During the visit, KAMCO Chairman & CEO Mr. Jeonghoon Jeong and MAMCO CEO Mr. Enkhtur also had a tea meeting to discuss future cooperation and ways to further strengthen institutional collaboration between the two organizations. The program served as an opportunity to deepen bilateral ties and reaffirm KAMCO’s commitment to sharing its expertise to enhance financial stability across Asia. |
