Chairman and CEO, Mr. Nam Ju Kwon started his career at Seoul Bank in 1978 and joined KAMCO in 1998. During his tenure at KAMCO, Mr. Nam Ju Kwon assumed such posts as head of the NPL Acquisition Office and the general manager of the HR Management Department. Mr. Kwon was promoted to Executive Director, overseeing the Business Administration Management Group in March 2018 and was designated as Executive Vice President in April 2019. He was appointed to Chairman and CEO of KAMCO in January 2022. Mr. Kwon graduated Korea National Open University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2003 and earned his Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction from Dankook University in 2018.

Chief Audit Executive, Mr. Ihn-Soo Lee started his professional career at Securities Supervisory Board in 1990 followed by Samsung Securities and Korea Futures Exchange, etc. until he moved to KRX, Korea Exchange in 2008 as department head. In 2013, Mr. Lee was dispatched to CSX, Cambodia Securities Exchange as Vice Chairman and appointed as Director of the Derivatives Research & Development Center at KRX in 2018. In October 2020, Mr. Lee joined KAMCO as Chief Audit Executive. Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor?�s degree in Law from Seoul National University in 1987 and Master?�s degree in Law at Konkuk University in 1989. And he received LLM degree from Indiana University in 2011.

Mr. Seo-Joong Kim started his public service career at the Ministry of Government Administration in 1994 after passing the 37th batch of the Public Administration Examination. After serving at the Population Policy Division of the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2007, he moved to the Planning and Coordination Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2009 where he later assumed director’s position at the Korea Lottery Commission and subsequently, Director of Cooperative Policy Division at the Policy Coordination Bureau of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2014. He was also dispatched to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2011 serving as councilor of Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations. In 2017, Mr. Kim was appointed as Director of the Office for Government Policy Coordination and then served as Secretary-General of the Korea Lottery Commission of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2021. Mr. Kim joined KAMCO in September 2023 as Executive Vice President. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics in Seoul National University and his Master's degree at Graduate School of Texas A&M University in 2007.

Mr. Jung-Woo Chun started his career at Sangup Bank in 1975, followed by Hanbit Bank and Woori Bank until his assumption of non-executive director position at 21st Century Shipbuilding Company in 2009. During his tenure at Hanbit Bank, Mr. Chun was promoted to branch manager in 1999 and at Woori Bank, he assumed head of regional headquarters for Kyungnam Province and Busan Metropolitan City in 2004. Mr. Chun then served as an advisory board member to the Busan Metropolitan City Council. Mr. Jung-Woo Chun joined KAMCO in March, 2019 as Executive Director of Household Support Group. He earned his Bachelor degree in Business from Kyungsung University in 1984.

Mr. Yeong Namgung joined KAMCO in March 2019 as Executive Director of Public Property Development Group. Before joining KAMCO, he started his career at Korean government in 1984. Mr. Namgung had been in charge of various government positions including at the Ministry of Interior and Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Government after which he became the head of Planning and Coordination Office at Ministry of the Interior and Safety and appointed as a spokesperson. Mr. Namgung earned his Bachelor degree in Agricultural Biology in 1985 and Master degree in Public Administration in 1995, both from Seoul National University.

Mr. Jong Kuk Yi started his career at KAMCO in 1995. As a General Manager, he has assumed the responsibility of overseeing various departments including the Public Relations Office, Credit Recovery Planning Department, Daejeon Chung-nam Regional Headquarters, Information System Office and Planning & Coordination Office. In May 2021, Mr. Yi was promoted to Executive Director of the Business Administration Management Group. Mr. Yi graduated with a Bachelor degree in Law from Kyungpook National University and a Master degree in Management Information from Sungkyunkwan University. He earned a Ph.D degree in Economics from Pusan National University.

Mr. Ho Joon Won started his career in public service in 1997 at the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. During his tenure at Defense Acquisition Program Administration, Mr. Won assumed major positions such as Director for Planning and Coordination and Director of the Autonomous and Unmanned System Program Department. Mr. Won then joined KAMCO in January 2022, as the Executive Director of the Corporate Support Group. He earned his Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Kwangwoon University in 1997 and his Master degree in Business Administration from University of Southampton in 2014.

Mr. Young Hong started his career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance(MoEF) in 1991. He has worked in the Budget Office and the Treasury Bureaus at MoEF from 1991 to 2013. He joined KAMCO in 2013. At KAMCO, he had been in charge of various departments including Delinquent Tax Management Division, Seoul Regional Headquarters and Social Value Enhancement Office. He became promoted to Executive Director in November 2019. Mr. Hong graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in German Language and Literature from Chonnam National University.

Mr. Ki-Su Kim started his public service career in 1997. He became Director at the Presidential Council for Future & Vision in August 2012, after which he moved to the Financial Services Commission. Whilst there, he assumed important positions including Director of Council Planning and IT Team in April 2013 and Director of Regulatory Enforcement Division in the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit in August 2015. He was then dispatched to the private sector in December 2015 as Executive Director at Kyobo Life. Mr. Kim also served as Director of the On-site Examination Team at the Financial Supervisory Service in July 2016 and subsequently Director of the Division of Research & Public Relations at the National Gambling Control Commission in April 2019. Mr. Kim joined KAMCO in June 2020 as Executive Director of the Corporate Support Group. He earned his Bachelor degree in Public Administration from Kyung Hee University and his MBA from Chung-Ang University Graduate School of Business in 2014.

Chief Audit Executive, Mr. Yoon Ho Kyung, started his professional career at the National Assembly Secretariat as secretary and executive officer in 1995 and moved to Gyeonggi-do regional government as spokesperson in 2007 where he assumed special policy advisor role in 2014. In 2018, Mr. Kyung became Chief Audit Executive at Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation and moved to Jeju Special Self-Governing Provinces as special policy advisor in 2020. Prior to current position, Mr. Kyung was appointed as secretary for the State Ministry for Political Affairs at the Executive Office of the President in August 2022. Mr. Kyung finished his undergraduate studies majoring in German Language & Literature at Pusan National University, where he earned his Master's degree on Korean Language and Literature in 1991. Mr. Kyung also earned his Master's degree from the Graduate School of Journalism, Media and Communication at Yonsei University.

Mr. Hee Jin Nam started his career at KORAIL followed by Korea Post and the Ministry of Economy and Finance(MoEF) before joining KAMCO in 2005. During his 17 years of serving at KAMCO, Mr.Nam had been in charge of various departments including Performance Management Office, Household Finance Management Department, State Property Planning Department, Social Value Enhancement Department, and Audit Office. He became promoted to Executive Director in December 2022. Mr. Nam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.

Mr. Jang Seok Oh started his career as head of Business Research Institute of Changwon National University in 1997. Followed by assuming director at Korea International Accounting Association in 2001, he served as visiting professor in Gyeongsang National University in 2004. He was appointed as the Chairman of Kyungnam Management & Economy Institute in 2005 and served 17 years. Mr. Oh joined KAMCO in 2023 as Executive Director. He graduated Kyungnam University with a Bachelor's degree in Law in 1991 and earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from Changwon National University in 2001. He earned his Ph.D degree in Business Administration from Gyeongsang National University in 2007.
