TWN
TWN is an exclusive, global community of senior executives and staff from public-sector real estate organizations, with a mission to promote peer to peer knowledge sharing and networking between member institutions. The members from 16 public institutions of 12 countries including Canada, Estonia, the Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom, etc., own or manage around 300mn㎡ of built assets and 10mn hectares of land. KAMCO contributes to this global network in developing partnership and exchanging ideas, strategies and best practices as a committee member. As one of the major business activities, TWN holds an annual workshop every year, where professionals meet from around the world to share insights and discuss the most pressing issues facing public sector real estate management. Other activities include surveys to provide members with information about case studies that enable them to learn about current issues and future trends, and the WorldWide Workplace Web(W4), an international forum of public sector real estate property professionals, that provides a unique learning environment for the next generation of executives in public sector organizations.
