KAMCO hosted 15 public officials from the Dominican Republic, including representatives from the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Construction, for a KOICA global training program in Korea from June 17 to 28. The training aimed to promote the use of state-owned properties for sustainable development and increased fiscal revenues. The curriculum included state-owned property management policy and governance, the application of innovative technologies such as drones and AI, and public development models along with related IT systems. In addition to classroom lectures, the participants visited KAMCO’s development sites, experienced drone flying, and presented their action plans at the end of the course, showcasing the knowledge and skills they acquired. Both parties committed to meeting again in the Dominican Republic, this time with concrete businesses projects in progress. |
